The controller of personal data collected on this website is the operator of housebuilders.london (“we”). Contact us about privacy through our contact form.

Data we collect

Only what you send through the enquiry form: name, email, phone number (optional), postcode, type of work and your message. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Purpose and lawful basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote you ask for: steps before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Processors

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form messages to our email and may process data outside the UK. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical data such as IP addresses for security. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for legal, tax and warranty reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
